Kambing : Musim Hujan


huhuhu..sejuknye sekarang musim hujan kat Kota Bharu..nasib baik belum banjir lagi..kambing dah start selsema..batuk-batuk..huhuh.Risau pulak aku.

Sekarang nak gi potong rumput pun prob gak..yela aku gi ngan ayah aku.nanti kalau demam susah pulak.sekarang abang aku pulak yang wat potong rumput dalam minggu nih.yela kambing dia dah lagi banyak dari kambing kitaorang kat umah nie.hehe..

Nasib baik la anak kambing aku dah umur sebulan sekarang.tahan la sket.tak boleh nak bayang kalau kambing aku beranak musim hujan nih.mesti prob.yang sebulan ni pun aku dah risau gila-gila.yela dia kecik kan..

Tanaman Rumput Napier

Salam Sejahtera kepada anda semua..

Apabila berbicara mengenai mengenai kambing,mesti kita terfikir sama mengenai makanannya. Apabila kambing bertambah,makin bertambahlah keperluan makanan untuknya.harga makanan pula tidak menentu,asyik naik sahaja,turunnya tidak..jadi sebagai penternak kita kenalah cari alternatif untuk memberi makan kepada kambing yang menunggu di kandang.

Baru pagi tadi saya dengan abang saya pergi menanam rumput napier di kebun kami.satu je perkataan yang boleh digambarkan.PENAT. Yalah apabila badan makin berisi, makin penat apabila buat kerja-kerja berat. Kami menanam pun memikirkan ayah yang mencari rumput untuk kambing tidak perlu pergi jauh selepas ini. Lagipun apabila hendak menambah kambing di ladang,tidak perlulah risau mengenai makanan lagi.nanti saya upload gambar rumput di kebun jika berkesempatan.

Kebetulan pula hari ini rakan kongsi projek terbaru (Project type C) datang ke rumah melihat perkembangan projek tersebut.hehe..projek apa?tunggu....bagi anda semua suspen dahulu.baru best.baru tiap-tiap hari anda bukak blog saya.hehe.Tunggu ada perkembangan positif dulu,baru best hendak bercerita.Ye x?okaylah,sampai sini dulu untuk hari ini. hahahah...alhamdulillah..dua hari lepas semasa saya sampai dari melaka selepas berhempas pulas mengharungi jalan jem untuk balik raya rasa terubat je bila tengok kantung susu induk betina bengkak...(ada baby la tuh). 3 bulan lepas semasa saya periksa induk ni tidak jelas sangat rasa keras di perut,mungkin sebab amatur dan tidak tahu bahawa pembesaran kandungan kambing hanya berlaku dengan pantas pada masa1/3 akhir kandungan.heehe..lepas itu baru saya tahu..buat malu je..haha



selepas qada tidur pada malam itu,bangun sahur lepas itu tidur balik,bangun-bangun masa nak gi toilet tiba-tiba dengar ayah dan anak-anak saudara menjerit-jerit mengatakan kambing dah beranak..terus je dengan tak mandi saya pergi ke kandang..hehheheh(sama cam kambing gak la)

Dapat anak kembar...gembira la sangat-sangat,maklumlah ni kelahiran kedua sejak saya bela kambing dan ni yang pertama dapat anak kembar.hehe.sekor coklat sekor coklat putih bertompok macam boer ( bapak pejantan boer yang beli kat lelongan Mardi bulan april lepas).



Paling best tengok kambing beranak ni tengok ibunya menjilat anak (bagi anaknya bernafas)dan anaknya mula bertatih.lepas tu pulak pandai gi cari susu.Subhanallah..Kebesaran Allah s.w.t,Yang Maha Berkuasa ke atas segala sesuatu.

Mula-mula konfius juga nak tentukan jantina anak kambing ni..mula-mula rasa dua-dua betina,lepas itu sekor jantan sekor betina,last-last baru tahu dua-dua betina,tu pun sebab tengok dia buang air kecil camne.ingatkan testis rupanya kantung susu..heheh.

Ladang Kambing Boer UPM

Salam and greetings to all my fellow farmer and breeders..this is my trip to UPM Boer goat farm..heheh..enjoy..This goat are use to experiment and practical classes for student..Now UPM offer Bachelor of Agriculture (Livestock Science).Huii..really tasty seeing all this Boer goat..hehe

Dapat Bapak Baru



heheh..just last past few weeks I got new boer buck from Mardi sales in Telong..hehe..the picture is only a sample..mine maybe F2 or F3..because it was result from Mardi experiment..but I think it was good effort from government agency to provide high quality buck breed to the people and farmer at affordable price..hehe

hope my buck can produce high line of breed from my present anglo doe..hehe

Nutritional Information About Goat Meat
Chevron (goats meat) contains comparatively higher values of iron, potassium and thiamine than other meats. (Eastridge and Johnson, 1990). Specifically, a serving size of 100g of goat meat includes the following micronutrients: potassium (209mg), selenium (8.8mcg) and zinc (4mg).
Goat meat is also a high quality protein source, with minimal cholesterol intake risk. (USDA).
Although goats milk is low in folate, it supplies all calcium requirements and is a useful option for those who are allergic to cow's milk.
Nutritional Information About Fat Content Of Goat Meat
Goat meat is 50-65 percent lower in fat than similarly prepared beef, but has a similar protein content. (USDA).
It contains up to 45 per cent less saturated fat than chicken, even with the skin removed. (USDA).
Goat meat has 40 percent less saturated fat than chicken (without skin) and 850 percent less than beef. (USDA).
The cholesterol content of chevron (goat meat) is similar to that of beef, lamb, pork, and chicken and much lower than some dairy, poultry products and some seafoods. (Pond and Maner, 1984; Potchoiba et al., 1990; Stromer et al., 1966; Terrell et al., 1969; Park et al., 1991).
How To Save Calories
A useful guide to cutting calories is to avoid calorie-dense foods that are high in fat or sugar. These foods are too easily eaten. After a large main course we are not usually hungry, yet it's easy to eat a large serving of high-calorie ice cream, or a creamy dessert. By comparison, it's much more difficult to eat 4-5 large apples. Also, dietary fat has more than twice the calories (9 per gram) than carbs or protein (4 per gram), while excessive sugar can raise blood-glucose levels too rapidly and leave you hungry within a couple of hours. A better way to cut calories (and still feel full) is to choose high-fiber foods, such as vegetables, fruits, beans and whole grains. These foods tend to have a lower caloric content, and take longer to digest thus giving us a feeling of fullness for longer.
